Pricing FAQ

How is pricing structured?

relokate uses a combination of platform subscription and per-case pricing. Your subscription gives your team access to the dashboard, pre-checks, and support. Each relocation case is priced individually based on visa type, family size, and complexity. Volume discounts are available starting from 10 cases per year. We'll walk you through the details in a demo.

What's included in a relocation case?

Each case includes: visa route assessment, document preparation and review, embassy/authority coordination, residence permit application, and ongoing status updates via the dashboard. Settlement services (Anmeldung, health insurance, bank account) can be added as part of the case.

Can I start with one case and scale later?

Yes. Most companies start with Starter for their first 1–3 hires and upgrade as their international hiring grows. There are no long-term commitments — you can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time.

Do you charge per employee or per month?

Both. The platform fee is a monthly subscription that gives your team access to the dashboard and support. Relocation cases are priced individually on top — you only pay for cases you actually submit.

What does a visa pre-check include?

A pre-check assesses your candidate's visa eligibility before you extend an offer. We review their nationality, qualifications, salary, and family situation to recommend the fastest visa route and give you a realistic timeline. It takes 24–48 hours.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Enterprise clients can opt for annual billing with a discount.

How does relokate pricing compare to traditional immigration lawyers?

Traditional immigration law firms in Germany typically charge EUR 3,000–8,000 per visa case, often with separate retainer fees and hourly billing for complications. relokate combines expert immigration handling with a software platform at a significantly lower total cost — and attorney escalation is included, not billed separately.
