The Pre-Check covers all major employment-based routes under Germany's Skilled Immigration Act: EU Blue Card (§18g), Skilled Worker with a university degree (§18b) or vocational training (§18a), Recognition Partnership (§16d), IT specialists without a formal degree (§19c (2)), Opportunity Card / Chancenkarte (§20a), ICT Card (§19), Researcher (§18d), and Family Reunification (§28). It also flags whether the accelerated procedure (§81a) is available.

Do I need to enter the candidate's personal data?
